Policies
Booking
- 25% required at the time of booking & a copy of driver's license. Must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent.
- Balance is due two weeks before arrival.
- A rental agreement will also be sent two weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation
- You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, if more than 15 days before arrival date.
- Cancellations after 24 hour period and prior UP TO to 15 days before your arrival date will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee and your initial processing fee. (Excludes holiday reservations.)
- Cancellations made between 6-14 days from arrival date will receive a credit voucher for full rental amount less a $75.00 cancellation fee to use within one year of date of cancellation.
- Cancellations 5 days or less, no- shows or same day cancellations will forfeit the full rental balance.
- We do not issue refunds for inclimate weather including rain, cold, wind, snow, or other acts of mother nature unless we are in a state mandated evacuation for our local area. If evacuation is necessary a voucher only will be issued.
- In the event of a government shutdown, pandemic, or any other uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.
Pets
- Pets are allowed in: Murphy, Way Maker, Kletus, KJ, Betsy, & Bear Den.
- Pet are NOT allowed in Thelma, Louise or Rosemary.
- No more than 2 dogs, less than 50 pounds each.
- No cats permitted.
- Please keep pets off of ALL furniture, including any and all soft surfaces, and kennel them when you are away. Remove excessive pet hair upon departure. Disregard to these requests will result in the Additional Pet Wear & Tear Fee, $300 minimum. The majority of our damage claims have been caused by pets and guests are 100% responsible for damages. Interior damages are not covered under our commercial insurance policy.
Other
- Television reception and cell service can be sketchy depending upon location of the campground. Please plan accordingly.
- We reserve the right to interchange units on your reservation if the need arises due to a repair or damage to a unit. You will be given a unit comparable or better if this occurs. In the rare case we cannot accommodate your rental, we will refund you in full. If a comparable unit or better is available you will not be refunded.
- The delivery time of the camper will be some time between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We will be in contact with you as your trip approaches for a more exact time.
- Check out time for the camper is 10:00 am. However, you are welcome to stay on the camp site until the campground's check out time.
- When booking your site for delivery, it is your responsibility to book a site that is appropriate for the unit you have chosen. We do not issue refunds if we attempt to deliver and you have booked a site not suitable for the unit you have reserved.

- JenEric Adventures, LLC is solely owned and operated. JenEric Adventures, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items while you are renting our units.
